PicnamView
PicnamView is a free version of Picnam which you can distribute with your photos, to allow others to see the text with the images. PicnamView does not provide any ability to edit the text or to rename photos. Of course, because the text is stored in a normal text file anyone can edit it using a normal text editor, and you don't need any special software to read it.
